What is my size?

    How much is shipping?

    We offer free tracked shipping for domestic orders over $100. Regular carrier fees and duties will apply for international orders. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. 

    With global shipping carriers under a great deal of pressure, online shopping is looking a little bit different this year, and shipping delays are almost certain. Thank you for your patience! 

    Can I return my unworn swimsuit?

    Of course! 

    We'd be thrilled to answer any questions you have over DM and email to help you find the perfect fit before you purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced items or items using discount codes can be returned.

    The granular details: 

    • Sale items are final sale
    • All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase or upon delivery.
    • All items being returned must be in the original conditions. All tags and sanitary liners must be intact and products are completely free of any markings
    • Shipping: It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

    Items which do not satisfy the above conditions for our Return policy will not be accepted and you will be notified. 

     

    Can you tell me more about your environmental impact?

    We pride ourselves in taking steps to ensure our operating practices are ethical, sustainable and give back to our momma earth. Some ways we do so are:

    • Textile factory is OEKO tex 100% certified
    • Small production to minimize waste.
    • Recycling program - all suits are able to be rejuvenated into new materials at the end of their long life. Please see below for our RECYCLED + RECYCLABLE initiative.
    • Repair program - compensation can be given to have suits repaired with in first year after purchase if needed.
    • All dyes are non toxic and free of harmful chemicals. 
    • Minimally used packaging is compostable and recyclable.

    What currency is your store in?

    We are a Vancouver, BC based company. All orders are processed in CAD. 

    How do I wash my suit? 

    We recommend to hand wash, and hang to dry.

    What is the recycled + recyclable initiative?

    We have a quality, long lasting product. However, bodies change and clothing inevitably wears out after years of use. When you are finished with your suit, please return it to us to receive a 20% credit towards your next purchase.
